How to change Wallpaper on IOS 7.0.4

When i first got my iphone i did not know anything about apple devices, so very primitive and basic tutorials were useful to me, so i hope my tutorial will be usefull for somebody. 

So first go to settings 

Then scrool down and go to wallpapers and brightness

Here you can adjust brightness and if you want to change wallpaper then tap on picture below and you get this log

Now you can choose any original apple wallpaper or choose one fron your own camera roll

In my iphone 4 screencaptures above you can see how everything would look like.

You can set wallpaper on lockscreen or hoke screen or on both.
